Download YouTube video or audio.
If you have not yet downloaded your favorite YouTube video or audio, you can use the free YouTube Downloader(freeware) to finish the downloading or you can use this website (www.listentoyoutube.com) to extract mp3 form YouTube for free.

How to make iphone Ringtone form youtube vedio
Step 1: Input YouTube Video/ Audio which you had download
Click the icon to open the iPhone Ringtone Maker and drag YouTube video or audio directly to the program for making ringtone.
Step 2: Trim YouTube video/ audio to iPhone ringtone.
Drag and drop the slide bar to appoint the start point and end point for your iPhone ringtone length. Alternatively, you can type exact time value into time-setting box. You can choose to preview the whole YouTube audio or video or just the trimmed part.
Tips:
You can enlarge the waveform to make more specific trim.
If it is video, you can preview your video on the bottom of the left side. Click I, there would be a screen to preview the video.
Step 3: Generate free iPhone ringtone from YouTube video/audio.
After trimming, click Start button to generate the ringtone. The edited ringtone will be saved on ringtone category of your iTunes.
Tips:
If you tick Export to iPhone option, the created ringtone will be automatically be exported into your iPhone.
