A Scotland based diamond and jewelry chain Rox teamed up with Cupcake Glasgow to make this world’s most expensive cupcake; it’s part of the marketing for promoting Scotland’s largest consumer show “Glam in the City”, which will take place from June 18 to 20, 2010.
